Arsenal are looking to end their striker problems by signing Schalke striker Klass-Jan Huntelaar. This is not the first time the gunners are linked with Huntelaar. The Dutch striker has been in and out of Wenger's wish list. Fans are growing desperate for their first big name signing. It remains to be seen if this deal will materialize. Arsenal fans would be satisfied with Huntelaar or will they?
Liverpool are also reported to be interested in signing the Dutchman as Suarez is set leave for Barcelona. Liverpool are showing more interest than Arsenal at this point but Arsenal are also in the race, an official bid is yet to be made by the two English giants. Liverpool want to replace the goals of Suarez with Huntelaar but Huntelaar signing would mean Sturridge going to bench or wing or may be a 4-4-2 formation which I personally don't think Brandon Rogers will go for next season.
Huntelaar scored 17 goals for Schalke last season in Bundesliga. He certainly knows how to score goals and also has a lot of experience but does not fit in long term plans in any of the above clubs because he is already in his thirties. But he certainly has good 2-3 seasons in him as he is still showing form in Germany.Huntelaar's style of play also suits the EPL. At this point of time its a rumor but don't be shocked if Huntelaar completes a move to Arsenal or Liverpool.
